Cadmus

Cadmus, also called Project Cadmus and Cadmus Labs, is a genetics research laboratory in Washington, D.C.. It is responsible for the creation of the genomorphs, including Superboy. Project Cadmus is run by a unidentified board of directors who call themselves "The Light".
