Designations are unique membership numbers possessed by all members of the Justice League[1] and Young Justice.[2] They are read out by the Computer when a member enters any restricted areas of the Hall of Justice[1] or Mount Justice.[2]
With the exception of the seven founders of the League, who have designations 01 to 07, these designations indicate the order of the members' induction into the League.[3]
